As part of the Design Miami “Design Pioneers” series, Alastair Gordon will be talking about Wendell Castle’s wandering forms of the 1960s/1970s and engaging in an illustrated conversation with Castle, the artist/designer who just turned 80.
Book Signing, 7PM: After the talk, both Wendell and Alastair will be signing copies of: Wendell Castle: Wandering Forms: Works from 1959-1979, the first in-depth monograph on Castle’s biomorphic furniture and environments, written by Alastair Gordon, designed by  Richard Pandiscio, and published by Gregory R. Miller & Co. and the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum (November 2012.)
